Strategically Poised

Pan American Goldfields is focused on exploring and developing properties in major gold belts. The company is currently developing the 33.4 million ounces of silver and 474,000 ounces of gold Cieneguita Project in Chihuahua, Mexico.

Three new highly mineralized and intensively altered areas have been discovered inside the group of concessions of Pan American's Cieneguita Project. Vigorous core drilling of these areas has begun.

The company's Cerro Delta Project in the Maricunga Gold Belt is illustrative of management's ongoing strategy of acquiring properties that have structures or geological settings capable of hosting world-class deposits. Drilling of the Cerro Delta is planned for the fall of 2011.

The Company also plans to commence its exploration program on the Encino Gordo property in the heart of the Sierra Madre gold belt to investigate the gold and silver anomalies detected in samples. Pan American Goldfields' surface geochemical sampling of Encino Gordo has indicated the presence of strong mineralized structures.
